Perceptron Network is a decentralized AI data platform that sources, refines, and delivers high-quality, publicly available web data for AI training and research. The Service enables users to:

• Run decentralized nodes to contribute to public web data collection.

• Participate in the Data Questing Platform (coming soon) to earn rewards by completing micro-tasks that enhance dataset quality.

• Access datasets through partnerships, such as with Brickroad, the first on-chain data marketplace.

We collect minimal personal information (e.g., email, X account links, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses) solely for identification, communication, or reward distribution purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy (https://perceptrons.xyz/privacy-policy).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when required (e.g., email, X account links, or crypto wallet addresses for node operation or Data Questing).

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service’s functionality, including the decentralized node ecosystem.

• Not use the Service to collect, store, or distribute private or personal data without authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or crypto wallet information you provide and for all activities under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• Perceptron’s Intellectual Property: All content, software, and materials on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and datasets (excluding public web data), are owned by Perceptron Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. • Public Web Data: Publicly available web data processed by the Service remains in the public domain or is licensed under applicable terms of the original source. Perceptron refines this data into structured datasets, which may be subject to additional licensing terms when purchased through partners like Brickroad.

• User Contributions: By participating in the Data Questing Platform or running nodes, you grant Perceptron a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and distribute your contributions (e.g., micro-task outputs or node-collected data) as part of our dataset refinement process. You warrant that your contributions do not infringe on any third-party rights.
